By downloading, installing, or using the SnapBlend app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Service Description

SnapBlend is an image and text editing app that offers creative tools for photo manipulation. Our services include free and premium features, available through subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some SnapBlend features are only available to premium users. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store and Google Play Store. Payments are processed by their respective payment systems.

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancellation is requested.
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

4. App Usage

You agree to use SnapBlend only for legal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You should not:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the app or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

SnapBlend and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Images created with SnapBlend belong to the users who created them, but we grant the license to use the app's tools and features for personal and commercial purposes, as permitted by the specific terms of each feature.

6. Limited Liability

SnapBlend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after the updated Terms are posted. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
